Christophe Larocque

Me Christophe Larocque serves as Senior Notarial Counsel within the firm’s Business Law Department, where he leverages the extensive expertise he has developed over many years of practice. His areas of specialization include the drafting of complex agreements in commercial real estate, corporate law, and both inter vivos and testamentary trusts.
Drawing on his in-depth knowledge and extensive experience, Me Larocque provides guidance and support to the firm’s notaries on complex matters requiring advanced expertise, strategic insight, and a high level of legal analysis.
In addition to his role as Expert Counsel Notary, Me Larocque is actively involved with the PME INTER Notaires Network, where he has served as Chair of the Business Law Expertise Committee since 2021. He has also been a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Law Graduates of the University of Sherbrooke since 2017.
